The recent restrictions on bars and pubs have tried to dampen our spirits, but these song recommendations will be sure to keep the party going...

1. Dynamite - BTS

This all-English single topped the Billboard Hot 100 charts for three weeks in a row. The disco-pop vibe aimed to spread a message of hope to give the fans a positive explosion of energy during these difficult times. The group mentioned in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that Dynamite is about confidence and having fun. The lyrics are about the little things that make life truly valuable and special. It is a perfect song to lift your spirits and to give you a positive start to the day.

2. Kiwi – Harry Styles

Harry Styles has produced two albums so far, yet nothing stands out like ‘Kiwi’. 'Kiwi' carries a classic ‘rock-and-roll’ vibe, portrayed by the electric guitars and banging drums. It describes a bold woman with a striking personality. The music video shows a massive food fight among children with puppies all around. This song definitely screams wild! For an extra kick, listen to Harry’s live performances of this song as it feels so much different live than on the album. Harry said this himself in an interview with BEC-TERO Entertainment.

3. Ego - BTS

Written by BTS’ J-Hope, this song carries a retro hip-hop feel that compels you to dance. Ego is filled with energy from its trumpet melodies to the female background vocals. It is almost like attending a parade. In an interview with SiriusXM, J-Hope said: “It’s a bright and ambitious song with a lot of good brass reminiscent of festivities.” This track radiates hope and positivity, and I would describe it as a ‘happy ending’.

4. What I Like About You – 5 Seconds of Summer

This pop-rock song cover is filled with electric guitar riffs, smashing symbols and loud vocals. Listen out for the guitar riff at 1:28 followed by a fast-pace drum solo. This classic always hits the spot.

5. Wings – Little Mix

In this hit, the girls wow us with powerful vocals and uplifting lyrics. This song posts the message of being confident and not letting others bring you down. Little Mix use their amazing voices to compliment this powerful message. It just feels natural to sing your heart out to this track.

6. You Need Me, I Don’t Need You – Ed Sheeran

To finish off, this fast-pace song includes Ed’s famous mix between his singing and his rapping plus unique beats. I highly recommend listening to the song played in The Live Room on YouTube on the channel 'Songkick'. The same song is heightened and transformed. Ed plays around with his guitar to make catchy melodies and beats that elevates the track to a whole new level.

Blast these tracks and lift those spirits anytime. These recommendations will take even the slightest bit of stress or worry out of your day.
