Preview - Live at Leeds: In the City

Festival season is not over yet, as Live at Leeds: In The City takes place this Saturday, 15th October. Unlike most festivals, this one is not outdoors. Held at various venues across Leeds city centre, you can hop from venue to venue with just one wristband and see plenty of established indie bands and an array of up-and-coming talent.

You can expect to see bands such as Pale Waves, Sundara Karma, and Working Men's Club. They are among the 150+ acts performing at the 17 stages and 14 venues. So no matter where you are in the city, there will be something for you.

The festival makes use of some of Leeds' most popular venues, including the O2 Academy, the Key Club, and the Wardrobe. Some of the city's smaller venues are also involved, such as Northern Guitars and Oporto.

The O2 will be hosting indie legends Working Men's Club, Sundara Karma and Pale Waves.

You can catch Chesterfield-born Casey Lowry at The Key Club. He rose to fame on TikTok and has gained 3.2 million followers through singing comical reactions to trending videos. Some other acts that have gained fame through social media are The Crawlers, The Hara, and Lovejoy.

It’s not too late to get your ticket. But please be aware tickets must be exchanged for a wristband ahead of visiting the venues.

Ticket exchange for general admission is located at Leeds City College, Quarry Hill Campus.
